1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer pursuant to these general terms and conditions is every natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose attributed neither to a mainly commercial nor a self-employed occupational activity.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with RecoVet GmbH.
Mit Einstellung der Produkte in den Online-Shop geben wir ein verbindliches Angebot zum Vertragsschluss über diese Artikel ab. Sie können unsere Produkte zunächst unverbindlich in den Warenkorb legen und Ihre Eingaben vor Absenden Ihrer verbindlichen Bestellung jederzeit korrigieren, indem Sie die hierfür im Bestellablauf vorgesehenen und erläuterten Korrekturhilfen nutzen. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, indem Sie durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons das Angebot über die im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren annehmen. Unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung erhalten Sie noch einmal eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. The text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. You can find more detailed provisions on any applicable shipping costs in the offers.
We only provide the transport route. A collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, you can select from the following methods of payment:
Credit Card
Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal can offer registered and according to its own criteria selected PayPal customers further payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.
Immediately by Klarna
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Google Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
giropay / paydirekt
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("giropay" or "paydirekt"), we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found in the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
Buying on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Klarna Credit Card
Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. An address and credit check does not take place.
Klarna Direct Debit
You give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). The account is debited after shipment of the goods.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is 6.95 euros.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until fully paid for.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or make contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
8. Warranties and guarantees

9. Liability
In this context, we assume unlimited liability for claims due to damages caused by our company, by our legal representatives, or by our agents involving the following:
- injury to life, limb, or health;
- intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent
- to the extent agreed in the guarantee promise
- provided that the scope of application of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) is established.
A breach of cardinal contractual obligations which are essential to the proper fulfilment of the terms agreed and compliance with which the other party may normally rely. Liability for damages caused by our slight negligence or that of our legal representatives or agents is limited to the foreseeable damage which must typically be expected to incur from such contracts.
Claims for damages are otherwise excluded.
10. Agreement on the use of the Trusted Shop Buyer Protection
You can secure orders placed with us free of charge up to an order value of 100 euros via the buyer protection of Trusted Shops AG. In addition, Trusted Shops offers paid insurance together with a guarantor. The Trusted Shops Buyer Protection Terms apply, which you here finden. Der Zugriff erfolgt lediglich lokal und es werden keine Bestelldaten an Trusted Shops übermittelt, bevor Sie sich aktiv für den Käuferschutz entscheiden oder in eine Übermittlung von Bestelldaten an Trusted Shops eingewilligt haben. Wenn Ihre Einwilligung vorliegt, werden ein Hash-Wert Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse sowie die Bestellnummer und Bestellsumme an Trusted Shops übermittelt. Sofern Sie bereits für den Käuferschutz registriert sind, wird Ihre Bestellung automatisch abgesichert. Sollten Sie noch nicht für den Käuferschutz registriert sein, können Sie sich wie oben beschrieben über die Trustcard registrieren. 11. Dispute Resolution
